    Can't redeem 25 digital code


    I'm from Croatia, I bought xbox 360 in Germany and my account and console are on Germany region. Before christmas I got batman: arkham collection, 2 games on 25 digital code and 1 on disc. 1 code doesnt' work and I can't redeem it over web or xbox. Game
    is bought in Croatia.

    How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

    Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

    1.
    • Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
    • In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
    • You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
    • Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!
    If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!


    2.
    • From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
    • If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
    • If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!
    Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.

    It's most likely a region issue. Codes will usually only work for the region they were created for. Some games will only download if your account region matches your physical location and the game is available in your region. Since you live in a region that
    is not supported by Live, you will run into issues downloading games digitally.

    yeah hello and i have a problem will actually my friend has a problem. he bought a xbox reedem card like for gold and its not working for him or my console so i wonder it could be the problem in the regio but its not. and i have no clue that can gold cards
    go offline like if you dont but it 24h it will not let you redeem it but i think its not used either because it was bought and not scrathed to. And its saying that the code is ´´NOT VALID´´

    @KillingZero347, you need to contact Xbox Customer for this to validate the code you have and to check if this has something to do with the region. They will further assist you with this issue.

    There is nothing you can do you must match your account region to your actually.region since that isnt possible since.you don't live.in an xbox live region there is nothing no one can tell you

    Xbox codes are 25 digits long so it can't be redeemed directly through Microsoft.

    That is not correct. The code is 20 digits, while the PC redeem codes are 25 digits.

    Typically anything under 25 digits needs to be redeemed on a different website and then you would be given the 25 digit code. So you would need to check with your friend to see if they have the instructions for redeeming the code.

    Have you checked the card? It might have instructions on where to redeem the code. That 10-digit code might redeem on a website which then gives you the 25-digit code for you to redeem.
