Can't redeem 12 months xbox live membership

Hi,

I've recently been to Canada and bought a 12+1 months xbox live code in EBgames, and whenever I tried to redeem it, while still being in canada, it showed me an error (Which sadly I don't remember), and I've tried on several computers and phones. Now I've gone
back to Israel, and I still cannot redeem my code, and the error I'm getting now is somewhat similar to the one I remember and says XbosPurchase d7c2dcda-c4ad-4b2f-afdb-19ece5d3dde0. Is there any way for me to redeem this code or is it a lost cause?

My account's region is, most likely, israel. If I'll change it momentarily, will it solve the problem and allow me to redeem the code?

No. I have only 26 months of Xbox Live gold membership until 2022.04.20..

1 month in xbox one x jedi bundle, 12 months in annual membership, 12 months in redeem code, +1 bonus? month.. total 26 months..

You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months. If it were to go over the 36 months, you would need to wait until you have 12 months or less remaining on your subscription before redeeming the 24
months of Ultimate.

Hello please can someone help me !!! My son as got the 12 month gold membership and we've redeemed the code .... But since changing is gamertag name to one he likes he can't get on xbox live .... Any ideas are welcomed as I'm at the end of my tether
