    Cant redeem 12 Months Gold Card!!! (xbox 360)


    I've been trying since last time to redeem a 12 month gold membership card i purchased, i know the code is good, i know my billing info is updated and i don't have any owed balance. I can purchase DLC with my account wallet but every time time i try to redeem
    that card it says there's an error : 80153048 or that my account has been blocked from making purchases (yet i can still buy DLC ?) What is going on? I don't want a refund i want my 12 month gold membership i paid for!!!

    Had a 12 month gold card gifted to me on Christmas, but my console and the website both say the subscription ends in July, why?

    It was a 12 month gold card, I had gamepass before I redeemed the gold card so it should have just added the 12 months to my gamepass
