    I tried using my 12 month code and I'm getting XBOS-3013 error. My gold expired today and I wanted to use it. I couldn't get it to work, so I tried online on my laptop and even that didn't work. This is pure BS!

    Same here, online I'm getting "XBOS-3013" or "XBOS-3008" error codes, on the Xbox Android app I'm getting similar codes to the Xbox One which are like "XboxPurchaseInvalidPaymentInstructionId". Very annoying, been on chat to help all morning to no solution
    yet and my chat has just been disconnected and I'm no back to being 38 in the queue. The system recognises the code fine, and it comes up stating it's a 12 month code, but these errors appear the minute you hit "Redeem" or "Continue".
