Can't recover outlook accounts

I created 2 oulook accounts and activated a minecraft license key on each of them. It's the only thing I used them for, I haven't used them for anything else. I stored the passwords temporarily (I know, I usually put them in my password manager, but when I created the accounts, I didn't sign in on another computer just for that) but the PC I used to create the accounts died. This is like in a movie where you think noone would be so stupid to forget to transfer his passwords to a safe location. I did, Now, I have no info other than the license keys (those were stored online) and account names. Is there any way to recover my accounts? When I fill in my info, I get the message that I didn't provide enough info, but it doesn't let me enter any additional custom info. So without any info that exactly matches their system, I guess I'm out of luck?

I dont know the outlook email that im trying to recover, i forgot it. Therefore i can't use this method.
