Can’t recover my account

You can get in touch with an agent using "Contact Us" on the Xbox support website. More importantly, please make sure that any payment methods on the account have been changed and that your banking institutions are secured on their end by contacting your bank.

As for the blocked account problem, any enforcement due to violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement requires you to contact enforcement.xbox.com. Microsoft Support (the "Contact Us" section) cannot provide specific details about individual suspensions, but please visit enforcement.xbox.com to see additional details about the action and check if you're eligible to have the case reviewed by the Policy & Enforcement Team.

Is there no way for Microsoft to see what email my EA is from my Xbox? EA told me they can’t see the email since it is deleted and they can’t recover it or recover it because they can’t verify me they there system. They told me to contact Microsoft.

Hey so i have a similar question but i couldn’t figure out how to post without reply, I recently had to factory reset my xbox. Due to this reset all my accounts were wiped off of the console, I know the email for one account but not for the other. Also
the phone I used on my 2nd account is no longer active so I have no way to sign in to change it because I dont know the email please help I have a lot of saved data on my 2nd account and absolutely no way to access it.
