Can't recover my account?

Attempting to recover a xbox account. On the xbox I say I forgot my account and enter in my recovery email. Though it just says the recovery email is an existing account and makes me sign in with that one (I see the account below and the first two letters, but that does little to help since it doesnt tell me what it actually is). You see, I forgot my email for the xbox account I am trying to get in, but even after following the steps xbox support gave out it doesnt help. I know the name, password, and generally what the email is, and I also know the console IDs for the only 2 xboxs the account was on plus other stuff. I literally just need to know letter for letter how the email is spelt out(since for the life of me I can't seem to figure it out). If anyone can clarify how I can recover the account, it would be great.
