Can’t recover my account.

So my account been hacked since January 25,2022 I’ve been going back in forth with Microsoft about recovering the account. They did mention that the account was blocked as I assume they was supposed to do since it became hacked. At this point I just want all my data transfer over if not data then my games at-least due to the fact they seem to say all the information I have them they couldn’t verify. What’s the next step in recovering all the games and data that I purchased on the account?

I'm sorry to hear that you no longer have access to your account. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (This is the only option to recover accounts), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations.

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

More importantly, please make sure that any payment methods on the account have been changed and that your banking institutions are secured on their end by contacting your bank.

As for the blocked account problem, any enforcement due to violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement requires you to contact enforcement.xbox.com. Microsoft Support (the "Contact Us" section) cannot provide specific details about individual suspensions, but please visit enforcement.xbox.com to see additional details about the action and check if you're eligible to have the case reviewed by the Policy & Enforcement Team.

Is there no way for Microsoft to see what email my EA is from my Xbox? EA told me they can’t see the email since it is deleted and they can’t recover it or recover it because they can’t verify me they there system. They told me to contact Microsoft.

Hey so i have a similar question but i couldn’t figure out how to post without reply, I recently had to factory reset my xbox. Due to this reset all my accounts were wiped off of the console, I know the email for one account but not for the other. Also
the phone I used on my 2nd account is no longer active so I have no way to sign in to change it because I dont know the email please help I have a lot of saved data on my 2nd account and absolutely no way to access it.
