    My other GT is Hysteria C9 and i am having troubke signing in bc my brother decided to delete the account off the xbox one so i am having trouble finding the information bc it was made up

    on a wimb! any help is appreciated

    Hey all - we need more details about this issue. Does this happen on multiple profiles, or just your main profile?

    its a know issiue whith xbox, they are working on it but the issiue is on there end, they need to push a patch to fix it.

    Sorry to hear it. If you used a fake email address for your gamertag then there's nothing anyone will be able to do to help you. Especially if you don't remember the password either.

    You will want to check your connection. Try to do a wired connection first with a Ethernet cord to your modem. If that does not work you may get an error status code which you will want to take notes of an address it to Xbox Customer Support. I do know
    there are a lot of people with profile issues and my sister was as well and they said they are working on it. Depending on your issue you may need to call/chat with support.

    check your internet connection. if you're using wireless, attempt using a wired connection just to test and see if it will download your profile correctly.
