    Hi. Sorry to communicate here. We are trying by all means to solve our problem and there are not many options to communicate with people from xbox. It is that we are a father and a son who love xbox that we stopped using our xbox live account years ago and
    now that we can play again it has been impossible to recover it. We have gametarg, account name and password, but the phone number for recovery does not exist today

    Well, the problem is that you gotta delete the profile from your Cousin's Xbox 360 in order to recover your profile from your Xbox 360.

    It has happened to me before until I figured out the problem.

    Can't Recover Account.

    Actually, I just contacted their sister(who had to stay back), and she deleted the profile for me. I tried recovering, and it didn't work. But THEN, I deleted the profile from MY HDD, tried recovering, and it worked! Thank you for giving me an idea of the
    solution.
