cant record game chat?

i have recently bought an elgato and i was planning on doing a youtube series of that but i cant record game chat easily. i do not see why the presences does not have every option the xbox 360 has...i mean this is a newer, better console, but yet it
doesnt provide the simple things, dont get my wrong i love xbox but they need to have the simple things, really. i want the option to play voice chat both out of my tv and Xbox one stereo headset or my turtle beach x12.

I hope this will be added in the next update because im not the only person who wants this option.

I can record games like LoL and osu! but i cant R6 Siege

 

I know I am going to buy an elgato to do multiplayer buy can't find the option hope this gets out there
