    Why can't i record clips or take a Screenshot even though my game dvr is on?

    Can't load Upload clips when I try to delete them.

    So I dont have enough space to record clips or take screenshots anymore. Whenever I try to delete them, the clips wont pull up or load, so I'm unable to delete them. Help?

    Is snap still available?

    Snap has been gone for a while now. To take a screenshot or record a clip you press the home button then either Y for screenshot or X for clip.

    I have the same problem as GameRitter246 and I did check my preferences and it is enabled so there must be another reason why it's not working

    Can't take a screenshot or game clip in game

    What i'm saying is, is that the Game Clip/Take a Screenshot button will not show up on my TV that i use but when i use it on the other TV the game clip and take a screenshot button are there. also when i go to game dvr to record that it gives an error "Sorry,
    we couldn't record that. (0x8232300b)" so i don't get it.

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. When you capture game clips on your Xbox One it starts to record automatically on screen. There would be no way to utilize a webcam to capture game clips.
