Cant receive verification code

And then resend the code. When prompted to send the code, click the "Resend Code" option because sometimes the first attempt might not go through.

Next is to use a different device or browser. Kindly access your account and requesting the code from a different device or web browser. You can also use in-private or incognito browser.

Then update security information. If you have access to your Microsoft account, update your security information (e.g., add a backup email or phone number) to ensure you can receive codes in the future.

I tried all the things you just said but nothing seem to work.

It seem like the problem is from the outlook email.

But when I login my other Microsoft account using gmail, it immediately send the code to the gmail with no problem at all.

Already tried but still cant change my current phone number or add an alternative email. Because its asking for verification and im not receiving any code

Did you even read what i wrote up there?? “ I have bought in-game items before via mobile.” Like i told before i have checked and tried everything but nothing seems to work. Im getting verifications codes and
SMS for other stuff on my mobile except for xbox mobile payments. Ive cross checked everything, im just not

receiving the code.
