Can't receive Social Notifications But can send out.

I can't receive any Social Notifications, such as messages, party invites, and game invites. I receive the messages but not pop up notifies me that I have received it, when I send out a message or game/Party invite the notification for it being sent is shown......so
the popup function works.....just not when I receive them.....

Can't receive game invites

I haven't been able to receive game invites from my friends. I can send them but can't receive. I even get party chat invites but not games invites. I'm pretty sure my social settings are set correctly. Any help?

 

Can't get invites to online games

I can't receive or send notifications on my Xbox meaning I can't play games with friends online it's really frustrating please help

 

And yes, I checked the preferences in the settings section and they are all set to display....

That's odd that you're not receiving notifications. Since you've already attempted changing your preferences in Settings, we recommend removing your profile and re-adding it back. The troubleshooting guide to help you remove
your profile is here.

Nope...Still the same, I can send them and they popup, but when I receive messages the arrive without word and game invites don't even show up in the notification tab of the snap box.

Sorry to hear that it's still not working as intended. Have you power cycled your Xbox One console? Can you also check what your NAT type is as well as your network speed? You can check that by going to the troubleshooter guide on Why
NAT is Important outlined here.

My Nat is listed as open, and as for power cycling I have done so multiple times, as well as reset my modem/router.
