    Cant receive points -- Information needs update?!!?


    I haven't received points in months. It tells me my information needs updating but my "US PERSONAL ACCOUNT" is correct. For some reason I have an AS PERSONAL ACCOUNT and an AU PERSONAL ACCOUNT. Please help fix what ever is wrong so I can actually receive
    point deposits again. Kind of bummed... for over a year now I have to post here to get deposits with no resolution. I would take advantage of more deals concerning points if the deposits actually worked (and were quicker).

    Account Needs Updating, but there is nothing to update

    Been waiting on my points to deposit for the past couple months and still continue to receive the "account needs updating" message. Verified my information with my online account and nothing seems to be wrong/out-of-date. Wondering what is going on and if
    anyone can shed some light on why my account "needs to be updated" to receive my points. Thanks.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This may be related to the additional billable accounts you see on your profile. However, we do not have access to the database containing your billable account information, which is why this issue has been escalated to another team. At the moment, we have
    not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will,
    in most cases, not resolve this issue. Unfortunately, until our other team provides us with their resolution for this issue, we cannot yet assist you in completing your deposits. However, your account should work as expected otherwise. We apologize for the
