    For some reason I can't receive messages from people not on my friend's list. Everything is allowed and set to everyone and I can't figure out how to fix this. Please help

    Can't send or receive messages

    I can't send or receive messages on xb1 or smartglass but can on my 360 tried everything from hard resetting to resetting whole console but still nothing find it very frustrating as I use messages a lot for Fifa pro clubs etc

    Xbox preview message not received

    Support can't actually see if you've been sent a message. If you are accepted to the program, you will receive a message via Live. If you haven't received a message, then you haven't been accepted. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted.
