Cant receive messages on xbox live

I was waiting for my download codes for the gears of war series on xbox live, but didn't get any messages. At least on the xbox one there were no new messages, but also no error message, so i thought no biggie. Today i tried to read the messages via the
xbox app on windows 10. But as soon as i select messages the app just quits. Then i tried to log on via the browser and go to messages. These are the error messages i get :

The error message preceding this is in german, loosely translated it means "oops, this shouldn't have happened" and that i should try it again later.

Can anyone help me? I guess my gears of war codes are somewhere but i can't get to them...

EA Access have removed info from there page.

I received a beta invite about 20 minutes ago via Xbox Live message.

I am in the exact same situation as you. Xbox support have no solution either not even their support people can offer troubleshooting advice. Terrible really for a multi-million dollar company.

So, i guess there was no official response to this problem as of yet? A shame really. After i had posted this, i saw that a few more fellow gamers had similar problems, so this is going on for a while. I don't expect the powers that be to fix this over the
holidays, but a response would put me at ease a bit.

Oh well...

It cant take up to a month or more to receive your message from Xbox Live. Also, an invite does not guarantee you'll be accepted into the program.
