    Can't receive invites


    Whenever someone sends me a party invite or a game invite nothing happens on my xbox one, no notification shows up, so I can't join other people, I can't even know if they invited me.

    The other way around works correctly, I can send invites without any problem.

    Messages also work correctly both ways, and a notification pops up every time I receive one.

    This behavior is a new thing, all worked correctly a while back.

    This is a big problem, especially in games like Destiny where I NEED to join other people in order to play.

    Please tell me how can I solve this issue.

    so it's not my account with the issue. It's my sister's. I have tried everything I know but still nothing she can invite me but I can't invite her to anything

    have only tried rocket league so far. I have just moved house so on a new network now. It wasn't working on the old network either.

    Hey everyone!

    This issue should now be resolved, if you're still running into any trouble give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it's fully powered off. If you still aren't receiving invites and notifications, please

    I just got an XBox One a couple days ago and can't send/receive messages or invites. I've checked my NAT, internet, re-downloaded my profile and checked my privacy settings all as has been recommended in previous posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there!

    Does this happen for every game or are your friends attempting to invite through a LFG style setup? You can try

    re-adding your profile     to your console to see if that helps you out any. If that doesn't work, try unplugging your home network for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it and see if invites pop up then.
