    Cant Receive emails from xbox about news


    about a year ago i noticed i stopped receiving emails from xbox about game news and etc... so a month ago i contacted microsoft support and the agent sent me a link and the link was for the newsletter so i entered my email and submitted it so i can receive
    xbox news straight to my email and i still cant receive the newsletter. is there a solution to this or should i just contact them again?

    Is it really worth setting the output to 1080p?

    It was nice to receive a notice in my email about this thread. Happy Wars is out for Xbox One on more recent news Cant Receive emails from xbox about news :)

    Can not turn off auto billing!

    I didn't get any emails about verifying anything from xbox. All I've received through email was newsletters and xbox sales.

    I'm trying not to receive news letter.

    When you uncheck the boxes, you are saying no to any promotional or product news letters from Xbox and third parties. You have to receive certain emails from Xbox. There are also Xbox Live Rewards newsletters and emails that you might receive periodically.
    As far as I know, you can not stop the Xbox Live Rewards emails unless you block them in your email application or service. Hope this helped a bit.

    I also bought a Xbox game pass ultimate subscription as a new subscriber and it's been 10 days, I still didn't receive any email from Microsoft about the Spotify Premium.

    if you mean receiving emails regarding new posts to your forum threads, then you can go to this page for the forum settings:
    forums.xbox.com/.../settings.aspx

    then click the Email heading, and you change the settings for receiving email notification from the xbox forum.
