    I've been receiving mails with my excerpt from Rewards programs with a saying that I needed to update my account to get credits to my account, however account was updated a while ago and I still got no credits at all.

    i can't receive my reward credit

    i can't receive my reward credit because it says that i have to confirm my billing address and it's all ok then i can't do anything to solve this.

    Hi, I am trying to start using my Rewards, however on the main page it keeps saying my account needs updating. I've updated it a bunch of times, but something peculiar it does is first route me to Canadian billing (I'm an American citizen with zero ties
    to Canada) and it won't let me delete what information is on that Canadian part. My US information is correct, however the account needs updating indicator just stays there. I may say I have never used the Rewards system since it came out in 2013, and it hasn't
    quite affected me, but now that I'm checking in on it, it is troubling that I cant use any of the credits that have been accrued. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't receive credits

    Hello yurisabreu,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. We cannot deposit USD from your US Rewards Account into a BRA Microsoft
    Account that only accepts BRL.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then
    your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. This is consistent with your experience regarding being routed to a strange billable account. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database
    not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being

    Not Receiving Credits

    Hello AcrylicHorizons,

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see multiple Credit and deposit events in the last few months. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency
    from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Note that as stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more
    pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    As far as purchases, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive
    VIP rebates.
