    Hey guys! If you just bought your console and you are getting this error, you can try swapping it out at the retailer that you purchased it at. If that doesn't work, the only way to get it resolved is to set up a repair for your console. You can do this
    either through the Online Service Center or by
    contacting support. We do appreciate your patience and understanding!
