Can't read or send message on eafc25

Discus and support Can't read or send message on eafc25 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot read any messages received in eafc25 nor can i send a message to anyone.     I cannot read any messages received in eafc25 nor can i send a message to anyone. The error says communication is not allowed. Don't know why that is happening.

    Do you get an error message when you try to send messages? Do you send a large number of messages on Xbox Live? I know they can limit the number of messages sent. And is this happening on all platforms? Mobile/Windows 10/Xbox Console?
