Can't read my messages

    Can't read my messages


    so i went on my xbox one and it said i had 2 unread messages yet when i go on there it don't show them so i went on wolfenstein and my mate messaged me so i went to read it and nothing there so now i have 3 unread messages iv tried reading them from smartglass
    and its the same i have done a hard restart and still the same has anyone else had this problem.

    A message from Xbox live is in my messages, but it can only be read from the 360.

    I am currently without a TV, and may be in that state for many months, so I can't read the message.

    Does anyone know what the message could be?

    Having the same issue today too. Don't see any new messages here on Xbox.com either.

    Were they Party or Game invites? That could be a possibility why. On the Xbox 360, the message only exists as long as the event is available. Messages are getting through fine for me. Check Xbox Live Status it may affect your country or other countries too
    with Xbox Live.

    Can't read messages.

    Try this:

    1. Sign in at
      account.live.com/reputationcheck      .
    2. Add your phone number, then select Send code.
    3. Get the code from the text message sent to your phone, enter it on the webpage, and select
      Submit.
    4. If you’re using your Xbox, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, then turn it on and sign back in. If you’re on a PC or mobile device, sign out of the Xbox app, then sign back in.

    Can't read messages.

    I can receive messages from other people, but when I get write of them it Says message cannot be sent it sends me back to the Xbox website and I didn't follow all the steps and all that, but I still can't message no one
