    Can't Read EA Access Code


    Just got my new XBOX ONE and with it came a One year subscription to EA Access. When I scratched off the back to reveal the code I scratched off part of the code itself. Called XBOX support, they had me send them a picture of the card and them promptly
    told me they couldn't do anything for me? They had a picture of the card, had all my account information and did nothing. Not a good way to start the service, too bad...

    Really sorry you weren't able to read the card. Unfortunately we don't have any replacement codes to offer here. Have you by chance tried reaching out to the retailer? They're going to be your best point of contact for this particular issue.

    Thanks. My issue is that I can't access my ea account because they keep sending verification codes to my old email. Contacting ea is turning into a nightmare.

    Thanks for the heads up, SaddFox. Unfortunately due to being located in a region that's not Xbox Live supported, that is why the code was not able to be redeemed on your account. In addition to having your account region reflect accurately, you must also be
    physically located in a region that supports Xbox Live and EA Access in order for those codes to work. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further in this scenario due to this.

    Apologies for any frustrations this may have caused!

    That error may be popping up because your Xbox Live account region may not match the region you're physically located in. Which region are you located in? Be sure to give our
    Xbox Live Region Migration a shot and match your account region to where you're located.

    I live in Slovenia, a small country, not officially supported by Xbox, therefore I have set both my account and console to United States.

    The EA Access code is now expired, so unless you can provide me a replacement one, there is not much else to do.
