Cant reach xbox support

I am trying to reach Xbox support to enable things but every time I try to open the browser, it just shows a loading screen, which I have kept open for 20 mins already, any ideas would help.

Okay, so support.xbox.com does not work for you. Just in case, because I like to check, have you cleared your cache in your browser? And what region are you in?

Can you test these sites to see if you can access the sites:

let me know which sites do and don't work. Also just as a heads up: The Xbox Service is currently having some issues.

Yes, that would be what I am saying, when I open the Xbox support browser, it brings me to a loading screen that doesn't change, I have tried waiting for at least an hour to even restarting my computer but none of these have worked.

Could you clarify what you're trying to do and what is not working? What do you mean by "Enable things"? Are you saying you cannot access support.xbox.com?

Hello, I would like to inform that I was able to reach xbox support on my phone, so the issue has been resolved but I still cannot reach xbox support on my pc. I am NA east.
