    Need to change my payments. i CANT contact the support. SupportChat is offline, SupportCall is offline - an if i want to book an appointment there is no appointment open. When i try to Pay my open bill, there is a note to contact the support... so, yeah...

    i have the same issue after the latest firmware update! can't reach microsoft support here in germany!

    Okay, so support.xbox.com does not work for you. Just in case, because I like to check, have you cleared your cache in your browser? And what region are you in?

    Can you test these sites to see if you can access the sites:

    let me know which sites do and don't work. Also just as a heads up: The Xbox Service is currently having some issues.
