    Can't reach support


    No matter what browser I use support.xbox.com just redirects to a blank page. I just purchased an Xbox Series X and every time I start a game there is a loud screech that comes from the Xbox continuously until the game is stopped. If I can't get on the support page how am I supposed to get ahold of support because the phone number just tries to get you to go online which as stated is broken?

    If your site wasn't broken then this would be great advice but as stated whenever I try to visit anything in support.xbox.com there is nothing but a white page, therefore you CAN'T ASK FOR SUPPORT.

    Make sure you are following the exact same steps mentioned below:

    Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
