Cant re-Install Xbox Game Pass (PC) app

Hi, last month I installed the Xbox Game pass PC app, I downloaded several games and play them without any issue, but one day, suddenly, the app doesnt download games anymore. Every game I picked, no progress is shown. The problem persist for 3 days, so
I decide to uninstall and reinstall, but now the Xbox Game Pass installer freezes after click on "install" button.

im stuck, please, send help

after number 3

3. Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button, and
then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads
and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

Microsoft store keeps loading and after couple of minutes, closes, nothing seems to happen.

6. Reinstall your apps: In Microsoft Store, select See more > My
Library. Select the app you want to reinstall, and then select Install.

same behavior, after click the install button the window freezes, cursor changes to sand clock, after several minutos, window closes, and nothing seems to happen

7. Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, and
then select Settings > Update & Security
> Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run
the troubleshooter.

I ran troubleshooter twice, the first time seems to found an issue "app blocked" but it doesnt tell me which and it doesnt offers me a solution, the second time it tells me that it doesnt found any issue.

Hey

I cant tell fully has your screenshot doesnt include the full page but that looks like your trying too install the game from microsoft.com. You cant install games too PC from the website you need too use the xbox beta app.

You can install the app from the microsoft store but you do need too be on windows 10 version 1903 in order too install
