    Can't re-download profile - error 80151909


    I have been hit with error 80151909 that kept me from logging into xbox live, even though the connection was fine. I followed all of the steps through support chat, including deleting my profile, clearing the cache, etc. now I can't re-download my profile
    and still have the same error code. Is this a known issue right now? Is their a fix for this?

    Anyone who encounters error code 80151909:

    Please investigate the source of the connection error to x-box live service. Because it is a profile download relatted error code, this is likley evidence of fraud between the official servers, and local satalite systems of networking. Please advise on
    actual server related account interfearence.

    I had the exact same issue yesterday and it still won't download my profile or allow me access!!

    I was able to download my profile but now it says that "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE". My live connection is fine and I am logged in.

    Hi Elguapo,

    Sorry your having this issue. I have looked up this error code for you and this is what it comes back with, Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later.

    This may mean that profile download attempt failed, but that the problem might be temporary. Error code: 80151909.

    What i would suggest for you to do is turn off your xbox. Turn it back on and clear your cache again and try and re download it. This should just be a temporary issue and you should be able to download your profile shortly.

    Hope this helps with the issue you are having.

    the best Error code :80151909

    The problem is: Error 80151909 occurs when playing games after signing in xbox live and never occurs when downloading my profile . support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup just shows the way to solve downloading profile condition which is useless.
