    can't re download account


    it seems like every other night I will be able to play long as a i want and another I can't even connect. Today I connected for a little but couldn't join parties so i did a hard reset, restarted my modem, tried to remove my account and re download it and
    now it's telling me "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by singing into account.live (0x87DD0017) also earlier it wouldn't change my friends from online to offline and in games it had no friends like i had no one added.
    Is there a problem with the new update or is it just my xbox going crazy? Thank you for your answers and support to try and help me fix this problem

    Slim HDD games transfer to a new account

    Content can't be transferred between accounts. You need the original account if you wish to re-download the items.

    I deleted my account and lost a game HALO MASTER CHEIF COLLECTION and want it back.

    The game is attached to the account. So if you can't remember it, then there is no way to re-download the game.

    It's based on your account, not your HD. If you can't re-download it, you probably never paid for it in the first place.
