    hello I tried to play on multiplayer game and it says would you like to get Xbox live even though I have a three months plus another one month and I put it in on December 25 so then I tried to put in a 2 day membership when I did it says sorry you already
    have Xbox live so then I went onto rainbow six siege and it says would you like to buy Xbox live so now I can't play any multiplayer anymore can u help

    You can try phoning support for your region & they may give you credit for the gold membership to put on your account but as a rule you can't transfer gold memberships between accounts.

    I'm having the same issue too. Is there a way you can delete the WLID altogether and then re-create a new WLID (the same one the silver membership was on) to put the gold membership on to?
