    If you only have Xbox Game Pass, and you want to play Game Pass games on the laptop, then you will have to purchase PC Game Pass on your laptop to play PC games.

    You could however purchase Game Pass Ultimate, which gives you access to PC Games Pass, Xbox Game Pass, EA Play, Xbox Live Gold & Cloud Gaming.

    when purchasing something make sure the account, purchase option and your physical location all match region wise.

    If you are using different regions/countries on any of those this may result in issues purchasing content or subscriptions.

    You don't have to live in the US to be able to purchase subscriptions/content, just be sure you are living in a supported country for the item you want to purchase.

    If all matches, but you are still experiencing issues, be sure to check the transactions page (or subscriptions page) at

    If no issues are showing there and all regions match then it might be best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Chat so they can take a deeper look into your account and the issue you are experiencing. You can contact Xbox Support via:

    Need help with backward compatibility.

    You would need to either purchase it or use Game Pass to access it on the PC. Fallout 76 is not a Play Anywhere title so you can't use it on both the console and PC with just one purchase.
