    Can't purchase xbox 360 games for One X in Russia.


    I can't purchase xbox 360 backward compatible games for One X in Russia. For example, GTA IV. from marketplace.xbox.com

    When I press to buy, a pop up window shows up and offers me me a price in US dollars instead of rubles and says "You have no valid payment options on file."

    When I press "Change
    Payment Options    " it redirects me to live.xbox.com/en-US asks to fill in "billing contact information" for US card. Changing regeon to Russia doesn't change anything.

    Are you sure that your region account for 360 is set to Russia?

    Had the exact same problem. In a web browser go to https://www.xbox.com

    Sign into your account. Click on your profile avatar. Select Xbox Settings options.

    After that there is an option for 'Change 360 account region'.

    Ok, I just checked and the game is available for purchase and download in Russia. Are you trying to add it via the Xbox One or an Xbox 360 console? If it's by the Xbox One could you try redeeming the code on the website and see if that works?
