    Can't purchase xbox 360 game with MS account money


    Hello everyone,

    Like i written in the subject, i can't buy a 360 game from my pc with MS account money even though i have more than enough.

    Every time i try it only gives me the option to use my prepaid card, and when I confirm my choice it only says:

    "Sorry

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
    What can i do?

    Okay, so I got a gift card for my birthday, and I wanted to get a XBOX 360 game, but since I can't purchase them on this account, so I used my other account that can purchase 360 games, but to my surprise, you can't buy XBOX 360 games using money from an
    XBOX card.

    So I wanted to send that money from my other account to this account because I get XBOX LIVE deals on this account, but I can't find out how to send that money to this account.

    Someone please help!

    @Owen There is no way to use the money on your MS account through the Xbox website to purchase Xbox 360 content. You have to purchase through the console.

    The website has never been updated to work with the currency system for 360 content. You would have to purchase the game from a 360 console in order to use the money in your account.

    By any chance are you trying to use the credit on your Microsoft account? If so, I would like to let you know that you can't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

    I don't own an Xbox 360. Does this mean I can't purchase the game at all?
