    I've tried several times over the past 3 hours or so and every time it gives me a message stating that something went wrong on Microsoft's end and to try again later. I just want to get the deal before it expires...

    Been trying to get my hubby the ultimate for about 4 days now and keep getting that error message. It has now charged each of our payment methods no less than 20 times each! Yes they have been refunded but it also cancelled his current gold and still no
    ultimate. Cant find an actual support fix, email, number (the one they give you only texts you a link that is no help) or anything. This is very frustrating.
