    Hi, I am having trouble when I try to get this months free gold game, Indian Jones for 360. I don't have any trouble getting the ones for xbox one. It tells me that the page no longer exists, or something has changed. I get these for my son (10), so I

    Can't purchase/dopwnload free xbox 360 games with gold game

    I just recently purchased xbox live gold subscription this November using my CC and it works just fine. Actually I have an existing account that also have an xbox live gold subscription but because I can't download/complete the purchase of the free xbox
    360 games that comes with the gold every month I've decided to create another account. I have a US account before with an Asian unit, it doesn't have any problem with the free xbox one games but if the free xbox 360 games is not region free I can't download
    it so I switched my account to Asian. But still I can't download the free xbox 360 games that comes with it every month. So thats why I created a new account with an Asian Region and purchased an xbox live gold Asian. But the problem is still I can't download
    the FREE xbox 360 game. I already put a credit card details (which works perfectly fine during my purchase of the xbox live gold subscription) and also put up my paypal account. Still it doesn't allow me to download/purchase the game. The error says. "Sorry,
    you cannot complete the purchase right now. Please try again later." but its already been a week for this account. (almost 6 months for my primary account which already cost me 12 free games). I've tried to ask for a refund already but they said its not possible
    cause of the sales and subscription agreement something.

    I hope that this can be fixed. Or just FIX your ad, "Xbox live Gold Free Xbox One Only Games". Thanks...

    I can't play last month XBOX 360 games for a live gold.

    I'm a XBOX ONE user.

    I installed XBOX 360 free games last & beginning of this month for a live gold.

    I have re-subscribed a live gold today.

    But, I can't find my last XBOX 360 games in my game list, and even though can't play an installed games.

    How I can find last XBOX 360 games for a live gold?

    Other XBOX ONE games for live gold are can be played normally.

    About Xbox LIVE Gold (X360)

    1) The free games with gold will be available to you as long as you have gold membership

    2) With free games with gold you can get 2 games for xbox 360 and 2 games with xbox one every month

    3) The payment depends from the form you prefer: 1 month renewal, 3 months renewal, yearly renewal

    Does Microsoft still give out free one month subscriptions to new console purchases? I don't know how they do it on the Xbox One though. With the 360, you get 1 month free for up to 3 separate accounts on one xbox 360. Is it the same on the Xbox one?

    Anyways, we did also have gold weekend for free.

    (I already "bought" a few games last month, but this ones I can't)

    Unfortunately the information given to you is incorrect (unless Microsoft changed that behavior).

    If a person uses a shared Gold membership on a console, they can only use the Multiplayer benefits and party chat on that console.

    The account itself is actually a free account, and therefore loses access to the Xbox One games with Gold.

    An account using a shared Gold membership can't get Games with Gold, won't get Gold discounts on game purchases and other Gold benefits.

    They can ONLY play multiplayer games and participate in Parties on the console that is sharing the Gold membership.

    The Xbox 360 games will remain available, as the Xbox 360 system doesn't know how a "rental" license works and can't be revoked.

    If you "bought" a Xbox 360 game as a Game with Gold, it will stay with you forever.

    Xbox One games with gold cease to function if you are not a "real" Gold member. Shared Gold will not enable you to these games.

    Games With Gold for Xbox One not available from Xbox 360

    He's trying to confirm the purchase of the games has gone through for when he does purchase an Xbox One. The 360 is not showing signs that it's been claimed so he's tried doing so through the PC which is asking which console to install the games
    on. Since he doesn't have a One yet, the purchase won't go through there.
    From the Games with Gold FAQ:

    I have Xbox Live Gold, but I don't have an Xbox One console yet. Can I still redeem Xbox One games and save them for later?

    Yes. You can get two free Xbox One games every month through Games with Gold, directly from your Xbox 360 or on Xbox.com. Build your game library every month and have games waiting for you when you move
    to Xbox One.
