    I tried Paypal and my credit card. Both say that the purchase can't be completed at this time. What is happening?

    It should be in your "My games & apps" if you own it digitally. If you're looking to purchase it, trying doing so through Xbox.com.

    hi, I was referred to this forum from an xbox support agent who said I should be eligible for an Xbox version of the stick of truth download. I pre-ordered the fractured but whole on June 29th 2016 but never received the stick of truth. Can you re-send me

    I was asking this since the website is the accepted alternative to the absent "purchase" button on the XBox One. Apparently, I am able to buy the game on 360 and download it without problem on One, though this doesn't help One users without a 360.

    The promotion has not been cancelled, but because of some changes to the store after the promotion began there were some changes made to the promotion. You should be able to download the game for free when the new game launches.
