Can't purchase robux

    Can't purchase robux


    Every time I try to buy robux from the Roblox app from the microsoft store, it just shows a semi-transparent black screen and nothing else, my balance is expiring soon and I don't want it to go to waste.

    When you purchase the robux from the Xbox site, you are actually just buying the robux for the Xbox version of the game. For the PC version you need to purchase direct from Roblox or by purchasing a robux card from your local or online game store.

    you have to buy the robux through the game itself on pc or mac. any robux purchased with a microsoft account go through xbox console only. gift cards for robux for microsoft are for the console only too.
