    Can't purchase premium for Solitaire games


    I have had premium but the year expired. When I try to renew, I get a note saying to uninstall and then to reinstall from the Windows store. I've done it three times without success. After the first two times, I tried restarting after the reinstall but
    that didn't work either. I hate all those ads! There is a VERY long error code at the end but it won't let me copy/paste to try to research it's meaning. Help, please!!

    When I try to purchase premium Solitaire on my iPad, I'm getting an error. No number, just "purchase error. The purchase was not completed ."

    I've got the same problem - Who do we have to harass to get this fixed - We want to give you money - seems like that should be a small incentive Can't purchase premium for Solitaire games :)

    According to the game support: “ Please note: Premium Subscriptions are valid only for the game and operation system on which it was purchased. For example, if you purchased Premium for Microsoft Solitaire on your Windows computer – it will only be valid for Microsoft Solitaire on devices that run Windows. It will not be valid on mobile devices that run iOS or Android, and it will not be valid for any other Microsoft Casual Game beyond Microsoft Solitaire Collection.”

    I apologize but it’s for Windows PC only.

    Make sure you are logged into Solitaire collection with the same microsoft account with which your purchased the premium upgrade.
