Can't purchase or download content

Everything on Xbox Live is working fine - I just can't download or purchase anything. All I see is a spinning green circle after which it disappears and I'm returned to the previous screen.

When I try to look up billing info from settings, it does the same. However, over here, once the spinning circle disappears after nearly a minute I get: "This service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later."

Very frustrating. It was working fine 2-3 days ago. What's wrong here? I've never ever faced this issue to date.

I'm also unable to access the Help app.

I can not down load any thing rated "M"

Child accounts can't purchase/download rated content above their age (T for under 13, M for under 18), or unrated (Indie) games from the marketplace. They just can't and there is no way to turn this off on a child account. You'll have to use an adult account
to download the content or wait till you can promote your account to an adult account.

 

Rocksmith download problem

have purchased foo fighters - monkey wrench, extra content.

am in australia.

Is is showing in purchase history, but says can't download when trying to get it.

When the download starts it goes to 1% hen back to zero and then says can't download the content.

have tried clearing system cache, can't delete it from hard drive as it's not showing there.

other content downloads just fine

There was a Service-wide issue with purchasing content so what you're seeing could be related to that. Try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) your
console and see if that resolves the issue.

I have already done a power cycle/hard reset.

Are you facing this problem as well? And, is it limited to certain regions? You said service-wide issue, so I'm guessing that means all Xbox users?

Yes, it was all of Xbox Live yesterday but it should all be cleared up by now - the Xbox Live Status page says everything is working fine (and has done for about 12 hours, when the issue was reportedly fixed). Me personally, I didn't try downloading anything
yesterday so I don't know.

What if you try purchasing the content on Xbox.com (Xbox One Games | Xbox)? Does that work better?

 

To my knowledge the status on that page has been okay in over 24 hours; however it isn't working for me.

If I try to purchase from store.xbox.com, it does not register my click. I click on Buy Now, and nothing happens. The browser does not direct me to game purchase.

As I said, this has been only happening for the last 2 days and has never happened in the year or so I've had the Xbox One.

Very unusual. Can you please try downloading something to see it works? Download and purchase is my only issue. Everything is working as it should. I'm not even getting any error messages.

 

Hello ! i can't purchase any game or music or movies on my xbox because my reggion is Romania and i have the money on my credit card but i can't complete the field on billing and payments filds so i can make the transaction ! PLEASE any advice .... I
