Cant purchase on xbox 360

hey, so Im trying to rent the interview on xbox live, but whenever I click confirm purchase, It says my account cannot purchase content. I have edited my privacy settings to adult and custom, each allowing the purchase content option, but when I return to
my movie, it still says I cant buy it. Whats up?

How do i upgrade 360 versions of battlefield 4 and COD Ghost to the xbox one?

Ive Googled this and cant find a definitive answer(or im too stupid to see it)

I have COD Ghosts and Battlefield 4 for the 360 but have just purchased an Xbox one. Do i have to sell the 360 versions and buy the Xbox one version or is there an upgrade for these? They were both purchased from tesco if that has any bearing on it.I have seen a $9.99 USA upgrade but thats only for versions purchased from certain US retailers as far as i can see.

Cant purchase xbox 360 game on xbox one

On my Xbox one I tried to purchase call of duty world at war but I says that I cant make that purchase. On Xbox support I says that child and teen accounts cant make these purchases on the Xbox one and I would need to make the purchase on a Xbox 360 but
I don't have one. The thing is that I was able to purchase call of duty black ops 1 and fallout 3 on my Xbox one and I don't see a difference for this game. On the Xbox one and on the Microsoft family page it says that I am an adult. I never had a Xbox 360
so I could have never had just re-download the game from the Xbox 360. What I would want to know is how was I able to make these purchases before and not now.
