Cant purchase on the xbox store on console and internet

I was trying to buy the Battlefield 1 game on the xbox one s, but it doesnt work. When I try to purchase it with the money on my account, there are problems and I have to try it later. I'm already waiting a week for this problem to be solved but the discounts
on the store are running out and I want to make use of it. Can someone help me?

Unable to Purchase WWE 2K17?

So im trying to buy WWE 2K17 deluxe edition on xbox one store and everytime i hit buy it gives me a window that says "Try that again, something went wrong on our end"

What the hell is this? i tried resetting my console twice, updated it and still the issue persists.

Is there some sort of issue with the store atm that i cant see? its not my xbox coz i went to purchase it in the store on PC and got the exact same error on my computer. went to test network connection and everything is perfect. no issues on my pc or xbox
in terms on connecting to the internet so i have no idea whats happening and any help would be appreciated.

When trying to purchase add-ons, specifically 2000 Zen points for Star Trek Online, my screen dims for a few moments and comes back with "Try again later, We couldn't connect to the Store."

I've tried to do this on:

Internet Explorer for Xbox 360

Microsoft Edge for Xbox One

Microsoft Edge for Windows 10

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 10

Chrome for OS X 10.10

Chrome for Windows 10

Safari for OS X 10.10

Chrome for Android 6.

Nothing works.

On the website I get a grey box with nothing in, and it just sits there.

I have (though I'm not sure I see the relevance), removed myself from the Dev builds of the dashboard (waiting for that to take effect), reset the console to factory settings (keeping games), I have power cycled by holding power for 5-10 seconds, and I've
even resorted to unplugging the console overnight, but to no luck.

I've had this problem all week, I wasn't even able to reedem a code on the xbox or the website, until a member of support gave me a link and it worked.

Does anyone know if this is a problem or if they know of a solution to this?
