Can't purchase Minecraft as a gift

I have tried every form of payment. As well as updating billing address, different browser etc. The error message is 'We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.' Contact Microsoft Support

4. Check your funds and re-establish a payment method. Make sure that it has the correct account or credit number, CVV number, name, billing address, and expiration date on the payment options page.

What device are you trying to purchase it on?

Well, I'm trying to purchase Minecraft Windows 10 Edition so it should be on PC. But that's not really the case, whether I purchase it through mobile or PC, it's still gonna go through the Microsoft Store Payment Method and it seems like I can't use the
Gift Card Redeeming Method by redeeming Google Play Giftcards. I guess I just can't purchase and play Minecraft then, rip.

Minecraft: Java Edition can't be purchased through the Microsoft store (Microsoft.com or Xbox console) and so you won't be able to use a Microsoft/Xbox gift card to purchase the game (both physical and digital gift card codes).

One of the alternative ways to purchase Minecraft is for your parent to sign into the Microsoft store and buy Minecraft as a gift, which will send a gift code to the email address associated with your account (child) account. You can then follow the instructions in the email to redeem the gift code in the Microsoft store and download and install Minecraft.
