    Can't purchase Mass Effect 3 on Xbox One


    I can't purchase Mass Effect 3 on Xbox One market, online, or through the EA Access application. Although there is a demo available online, it's only usable on 360. Which I no longer own, sadly. I don't need the Online Pass as i already owned it on 360,
    just the base game. The MS support person said to leave the case number here as well: 1362529120

    I appreciate any and all aid on the matter.

    Previously I was told to contact EA but they pointed me back here

    What if shepard died in ME2

    There is no new hero. If Shepard died at the end of Mass Effect 2 then you can't import that career into Mass Effect 3.
