    Can't Purchase map packs


    The map packs & any addons are available in the UK, but since I don't live in the UK, I can't pay for any of the map packs. The map packs for US exist, but can't be bought. I'm trying to purchase the Xbox 360 map packs with Xbox one.

    Can't retrieve information from xbox live.

    I can't purchase anything that has to with Microsoftpoints. Like Map packs, Indie games, etc..

    Unable to purchase DLC

    I paid for the war games dlc, $24.99 before taxes.. through the game's market place.

    However upon loading the game and trying to download the maps, they stop at 97% then return to 0%, then back to 98%, 0%, 99%, 0%, then they say "Can't download Map Pack" with each map pack's title. ie; "Can't download Majestic Map Pack".

    Then when I select the purchases on the marketplace, where they're now listed as "Free" they give me an error code: 80153003 when trying to purchase.

    Essentially I paid $26 something for content I can't download, due to something on their end.

    Where can I contact support (properly) to be refunded so I can just purchase each map pack separately off the marketplace, instead of the in game market place?

    No one on XBL purchased the Map Packs for ME3, it is a Fact.

    Look on the Marketplace, it says Free.

    Your friend who spent $30 on the content bought In-game stuff, but he did not purchase the map pack.

    It is impossible to purchase a map pack that says free & takes 0 money from you.

    Sure, you can swear up & down that your friend & others who purchased the in-game packs are funding the Map packs.

    But just like I asked in the other thread awhile ago, where is this confirmed?

    Does anyone here actually have contact with anyone from EA or Bioware?

    I am neither confirming or denying it, which no one else here should unless you 100% know the facts.

    When / if it gets confirmed that people who purchased those packs directly affected the price of the map packs, then please thank your friend for leading the way.

    You are boiling it down to the idea that nothing in LIFE is free.

    Ok, can't really argue that, but it isn't the same thing.

    The fact of the matter is there is NO extra charge for the Map Packs.

    They are given to us for Free.

    It doesn't matter how EA funded it, anyone who loads up ME3's MP can in fact purchase free Map Packs.

    So I have to re-purchase around 42 arcade games, all Black Ops map packs, All MW2 map packs, MW1 map pack, All WAW map packs, GOW2 map pack and all halo reach map packs that is pretty insane and im not gonna re-purchase every thing again because iv already
