    Can't purchase loot boxes


    I need some serious help. I have been trying to purchase the 50 summer games loot boxes since it just came out and now that I have contacted support, they have told me that my account is locked from purchasing it. I have contacted support about 9 times now
    and 3 of them referred me to blizzard to get this problem fixed. I contacted blizzard's support team 3 times and they all said that they cant fix it since they have nothing involved with Xbox. I have been able to purchase the 24 summer loot boxes but when
    I do I get charged for it but I don't receive it in game. I have waited for a good day for the 24 packs to come in but nothing. I really want to be able to buy these loot boxes before the event finishes. Please help.

    Overwatch Halloween Loot Boxes

    I purchased several Halloween Loot Boxes yesterday, when I tried to purchase additional boxes today I am unable, the "BUY" box is ghosted. Anyone else having this problem?

    Overwatch loot boxes

    I attempted to purchase a few loot boxes for overwatch after updating it. However for both the 2 and 5 dollar boxes say I "own" them and I am no longer able to purchase either.

    Yes, I have confirmed the payment info and have tried 2 different cards plus a Microsoft currency card.

    Are you trying directly from the site or console?
