Can't purchase Killer Instinct bundle for PC

    Can't purchase Killer Instinct bundle for PC


    When I open the store within the game, the bundles are displayed but they show variables instead of values, and can't be clicked.

    "Nil"

    Unable to access Killer Instinct Classic add-ons despite owning the Supreme Edition on new Xbox One S console.

    Let me preface I have a gaming PC with Windows 10 installed and at the time I did not own an Xbox One yet. I recently picked up an Xbox One S, however since I have an existing Xbox Live / Microsoft account it allowed me to download my existing purchases,
    notably Forza Horizon 3 and Killer Instinct.

    However when I check the store the two add-ons for Killer Instinct Classic 1 and 2 are not available in my download list.

    As you can see here Buy Killer Instinct: SUPREME EDITION - Microsoft Store they are part of the bundle. However at the time I bought the bundle I didn't own the console, but now I do so the licenses for this should be tied to my account
    so I don't understand why I can't access them.

    Can I please get some help to resolve this issue?

    It is a shame that my purchase didn't count towards this fundraiser, because Maya is the only character that I use in Killer Instinct season 2.

    I don't care about the characters in Killer Instinct season 1, but maybe I will purchase the season 1 character bundle if it goes on sale LOL :)

    @MorkyMork1991 I know, right, confusing!

    @JosemberG N As far as I can tell, they both contain the same skins; they're both the "Definitive Edition." The only difference I can see, outside of store icons for the skins looking different, is the more expensive one comes with the "Killer Instinct:
    Definitive Edition Hub    ." No idea what that is.

    @Ashadelo: They're both Xbox Play Anywhere, both can be played on PC or Xbox One. I own the free-to-play version of
    Killer Instinct on my PC, and it tells me for both that I "own Killer Instinct, included with this bundle."

    Hey kombat -

    When did you purchase the Supreme Edition bundle and where did you purchase it from? The

    Killer Instinct: Supreme Edition     has not been available through the Xbox store for quite awhile and there is no mention of any KI Gold in conjunction with it.

    Let us know so we can figure out how to best assist. :)
