    Cant purchase items on my account. Please help!


    I want to buy req packs in halo 5, but I cant because I didn't change my purchase settings, I try to change it, but I cant because i need a parent to. I'm just confused because I was born in 1990 and my account birth date is correctly set at 1990. What the
    hell doe sit mean I need a parent to? Is it like an account? If it is how do I know which one it is? Please help, thank you.

    why repay for same items

    i purchased map packs and other games from my other account.. but i now use this account onthe same console .. but i delete the other account and cant remember the email or pastword.. but all items are on my hardrive ..PLEASE HELP

    Minecraft bedrock. Wrong account!

    All of my sons purchases items showed up on my account both acounts are on different xbox ones. I cant figure out how to change it back. Hes spent a lot of money & cant use any of it.

    The only way to close an account is to follow the steps on this site
    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-microsoft-account



    If you did not do those steps then your account was not closed



    Also in order to cancel an account you must

    - remove all payment options

    - spend any and all Microsoft points

    - remove all friends from the friends list

    - cancel any subscriptions completely and let their remaining time run up



    If all of those did not happen then your just using the wrong email to log in, you can contact support at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and they may be able to help provide you the email on your account if you can pass the verification steps
