    I would like to buy the Japanese dub for Final Fantasy 13-3 but I always get the error 80169E16. I already googled the problem, my payment information is up to date and the billing address is correct ... i don't understand why it doesn't work.

    Recent update, i tried to purchase this item again after changing my windows live ID and got Status error: 80169E16 dunno what to do, Help please.

    Is this a region specific option for the game? If so, then your account and physical location should match the region that the game is from.

    I'm from Switzerland and I also bought the game in Switzerland. Why would it show me the option if it's not available in my country? That would be silly :C

    This thread is a year old. For future reference it would be better for you to create a new thread detailing your issues.

    In this particular case it sounds as though your parents have put a parental lock on your account. This cannot be removed without their permission and no one from support would do so either as that would be circumventing the protections put in place by
    your parents.
