    Can’t purchase Halo Infinite Battlepass


    I’m trying to purchase the battle pass for Halo Infinite & am being told,’’ Credit Offers Unavailable. An error occurred while attempting to retrieve offers. Please try again later. This is the second day of this. My network is secured, Nat open, and am able to get online multiplayer with online games like BF1. Any info on the issue/fix? Can I buy from the Xbox IPhone app or Xbox.com to bypass this?

    On a console my Xbox one s I try to play the co-op insider but it keeps giving me the code for some reason I’ve done mostly everything to get it to work I’ve had the halo Infinite Insider from the multiplayer preview I’ve uninstalled the insider hub and the halo Infinite preview but I can’t find it and the halo Infinite insider keeps giving me the same code each time each time hopefully that made sense to you.

    It seems like those commenting are misidentifying my issue; I am not upset that my internet fails - Microsoft cannot control that -- I am upset that I penalized for factors outside of my control. I cannot force Halo Infinite to not crash -- just as I cannot make my friend's internet not crash. I'd understand if I was held responsible for quitting a match, but that is not the issue at hand. I am simply trying to receive the benefits of my paying for Halo Infinite's battlepass system. It is not the nature of my ego, or any selfish desire, I rather was under the impression that Microsoft considered multiple factors when considering issues like player bans.
